This Ni-Cd/Ni-MH battery charger has 3 convenient methods of power input:
1. 100V-240V AC Mains Power for in-home charging
2. 12-13.8V DC Cigarette lighter plug for in-car charging
3. USB port for charging at the office.
It also has a voltage change detection device to prevent overcharging of batteries and a discharging mode to prevent memory build-up.
