Victron Energy™ Battery Monitor BMV-600s
The Precision Battery Monitor BMV-600s is a device that monitors your battery status. It constantly measures the battery voltage, and battery current, and uses this information to calculate the actual state of charge of your battery.
The BMV-600s is also equipped with a potential free contact. This can be used to automatically start and stop a generator, or signal alarm conditions.
The BMV is supplied with a 500A / 50mV shunt. For most applications, this should be suitable; however the BMV can be configured to work with a wide range of different shunts. Shunts of up to 9999A, and/or 100mV can be used.
The BMV will automatically adjust itself to to the nominal voltage of the battery. During charging, the BMV measures the battery voltage, and uses this to estimate the nominal voltage.

Easiest to wire: the BMV-600 comes with shunt, 10 meter RJ 12 UTP cable and 2 meter battery cable with fuse. No other components needed.
