System 1.
12 volt Basic Cabin

1 × 45 amp-hour deep cycle battery
1 × battery box with battery manager

Output is about 180Wh 15Ah@12V) per day*.
This is an easily installed ‘plug & play’ kit which includes all cables. Lights, 12 volt stereo, radio and laptop computer or small LCD TV (for a couple of hours) can be run on this system.
System 1 costs around $ 1025

System 2.
12 volt Intermediate Cabin

2 × 250 amp hour, 6 volt batteries
1 × 15A regulator
1 × 200 watt sine wave inverter

Output is about 600Wh (50Ah@12V) per day*.

This is a good system for typical cabin use. It gives three times the power of the previous one and means more time to run appliances or more storage to cope with prolonged overcast periods. The 200 watt inverter is large enough for a small TV, video and laptop.

System 2 costs around $ 3,765 (less $171.50 RECS‡)

System 3.
12 volt / 240 volt Deluxe Cabin

1 × 700W sine wave inverter

Output is about 1835Wh (76Ah@24V) per day. Will provide enough power to run an efficient fridge, a number of lights, washing machine, pumps and various other appliances, including power tools.

System 3 costs around. $ 8,765 (24V)

System 4.
12 or 24 volt / 240 volt Household

1 × 40A regulator with LCD display

This system will supply loads up to 3.7kWh per day which may include all standard household appliances with a maximum continuous loading of 1.7kW and a maximum surge loading of 4.5kW.
System 4 costs around. $ 16,360

An $8000 Dollar per KiloWatt Rebate and RECS‡ available for System 4.

System 5.
24 volt / 240 volt Household

This system will supply loads up to 7.4kWh per day which may include all standard household appliances with a maximum continuous loading of 3.6kW and a maximum surge loading of 10kW.
